Job Summary of Sales Associate:

This part-time position focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences, recommending wellness products, and supporting store operations. Team members play a vital role in fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment that supports GNC’s "Live Well" mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Associate:

• Greet and welcome customers to create a positive, engaging environment.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable health and wellness products.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals by driving product awareness.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain store appearance, including restocking and visual merchandising.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Stay informed on nutritional trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Associate:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and major U.S. holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
