Job Summary of Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor:

This position leads hourly associates in a warehouse fulfillment center environment to meet daily productivity, quality, and safety goals. The role focuses on efficient planning, team motivation, and continuous process improvement while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor:

• Supervise and guide hourly associates to achieve performance objectives.
• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals.
• Utilize operational reports to monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members to promote growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize fulfillment operations.
• Ensure full compliance with safety practices and reinforce a culture of safety.
• Manage staffing needs and open / close the facility when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive team collaboration.
• Experience with warehouse systems and fulfillment technologies (e.g., WMS).
• Proficient in basic English (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.
• Must pass a legally permissible drug screening.

Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000/year, based on experience,$5,000 retention bonus (paid in two installments at 90 and 180 days of service)
