Job Summary of Retail Sales Consultant:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Consultant:

• Utilize consultative sales techniques to assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs.
• Engage with the local community through events, outreach, and inbound/outbound customer communication.
• Support customers with online order fulfillment and ensure high-quality service across all touchpoints.
• Work flexible schedules between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including weekends, based on seniority-based monthly schedules.
• Stay current with evolving technology and company offerings to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace change in customer interactions and processes.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Consultant:

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• No prior sales experience required – comprehensive training and coaching provided.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (bonus eligibility subject to language assessment and program terms).

• Annual commission potential of $13,700 when sales goals are met; top sellers can earn $62,460 per year with uncapped commission.

Salary:
