Job Summary of Retail Sales Associate:

This role involves providing tailored customer interactions, suggesting health products, and assisting with store tasks on a part-time basis. Staff members are crucial in creating a productive and diverse setting that aligns with GNC’s Live Well objective.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Associate:

• Welcome and acknowledge patrons to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Evaluate the requirements of clients and suggest appropriate health and wellness items.
• Attain individual and retail sales targets through promoting product recognition.
• Dispatch online requests with precision and promptness.
• Preserve the overall look of the store, encompassing tasks like replenishing inventory and enhancing the visual aesthetics of displays.
• Assist with the daily activities of the store, such as managing opening and closing tasks and handling cash transactions.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest nutritional developments and product information in order to better serve customers.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Associate:

• One must reach the age of 18 to be eligible.
• Capable of being on one’s feet or moving for a maximum of 8 hours daily.
• Capable of occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 40 pounds and pushing or pulling items up to 20 pounds.
• Open availability during mornings, evenings, weekends, and national holidays is offered.
• Effective abilities in interactions and conveying messages.
• Capability to function autonomously and collaboratively within a group.
