Job Summary of Guest Services Assistant:

Bussers are integral to the dining experience, ensuring that dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Guest Services Assistant:

• Quickly clear tables once guests have left by gathering all dishes, utensils, and glassware for cleaning and resetting.
• Clean and disinfect the tables and chairs, then set them up for fresh arrivals by providing the correct table settings and extras.
• Ensure the dining area is clean by regularly engaging in tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing service stations.
• Support in the cleanliness of additional spaces, such as restrooms and condiment counters.
• Contribute to the teamwork by assisting in restocking dining tools, napkins, and other essential supplies.
• Aid with initiating and concluding cleaning responsibilities and setup specifications.

Qualifications and Experience of Guest Services Assistant:

• Previous experience is not obligatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
