Job Summary of Financial Services Representative:

Your responsibilities include assisting with sales execution, conducting exceptional service duties, and supporting the customer service team. The key objective of this position is to solidify client connections, nurture loyalty, and boost the growth of individual consumer accounts through the delivery of tailored financial solutions and an exceptional customer service experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Financial Services Representative:

• Assist in processing business credit requests that are $250,000 or less and facilitate referrals for larger loan opportunities to the appropriate units.
• Establish referral prospects through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program for enhanced business growth.
• Establish approaches to enhance the clientele of small businesses and enforce sales strategies tailored to the Book of Business segment.
• Offer top-notch client assistance by conducting outbound and inbound calls, aiming to strengthen existing relationships and cultivate new ones successfully.
• Assist Tellers and branch personnel in learning about the range of products offered, identifying customer needs, and making effective recommendations.
• Help customers understand the array of service and digital channels at their disposal, using marketing tools to display available product promotions and financial services.
• Uphold compliance with Citibank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory benchmarks while evaluating threats and ensuring the security of Citibank’s assets.

Qualifications and Experience of Financial Services Representative:

• Preference is given to individuals who have between 0 to 2 years of experience in banking, retail, or sales.
• Being knowledgeable about Smart Banking tools and technologies is important for remaining current with developments in banking technology.
• Meet all NMLS Safe Act mandates accurately and remain in good standing as per the regulations.
• Demonstrated strength in expressing thoughts and ideas through writing and speaking.

Salary:

The salary per year can vary from $54,100.00 up to $75,500.00.
